From Moncks Corner: Head toward Summerville on US-17 ALT South. Go through the stoplight for Hwy 176. Take the second right-hand turn onto Carnes Crossing Blvd (it is the next street after the stoplight at Second Avenue). Then take the first left into the medical complex. We are the first building on the right.
From North Charleston / Mt. Pleasant / Daniel Island: Take I-26 W to US-17 North (Exit 199B). Continue on US-17 North 3.5 miles. After the stoplights for College Park Road and Myers Road you will see a large sign for the Carnes Crossroads neighborhood and an MUSC building with a green roof at First Avenue (both on your left). Turn left at MUSC onto First Avenue. Then take the first right into the medical complex. We are the last building on the left.
From Summerville: Take US-17 North/Main Street toward Moncks Corner. Continue on US-17 North 3.5 miles past I-26. From Goose Creek: Take Hwy 176/St. James Avenue to US-17 North/Main Street. Turn left onto US-17 North/Main Street. Take the second right-hand turn onto Carnes Crossing Blvd (it is the next street after the stoplight at 2nd Avenue). Then take the first left into the medical complex. We are the first building on the right.
